Spring Showcase 2012

Each year, our preschool puts on one big fundraiser during the spring semester.  There is a silent auction, a catered lunch, an art show, and the 2, 3, and 4 year old classes sing songs they have learned in music.  Brent always takes this day off to be able to see the boys perform.  This year, Jonathan's class was too little to perform, but we all enjoyed watching Coleman.  I think you'll see from the pictures that he really enjoyed himself too!

Here are their entries in the art show.  It's not really an art show, I guess.  The teachers display a work the student made along with a photo of the child.  Then we can purchase the set.  Jonathan's art was his fingers making a plant in a flowerpot.

Coleman's art was a self-portrait.  I absolutely love that he painted both his glasses and his favorite blue shirt.

Of course we have video of the singing, but I can't get it uploaded.  I'll try to get Brent to work on it and add it to the post
